soft serve machine was broken at the fish waffle place, what a letdown after 71 miles of promising myself ice cream. argh!

we did get the batsu, tho, which is a game-like way to eat your fish waffles. they come in a jumble with a wasabi filled fish waffle mixed in. hops bit into it and it brought tears to her eyes. choked me up good, too. heh. icky icky icky. but fun.
