i don't remember the bean. it was a test-roast on my supposedly repaired roaster. the roaster busted halfway thru the roast and since i didnt notice immediately, i got a largely uneven roast.
very interesting.

Mélange, an English language loan word from the French language, used to mean mixture of disparate components (what would be referred to in the sciences as a heterogeneous mixture).
